Designer + vintage seller call out

We’re looking for independent fashion designers and vintage sellers who’d like to sell their pieces on a consignment/commission basis at our Weserstraße (Neukölln) store.

We’re open to all categories, including clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery, and accessories.

Time frame

If selected, you’ll be asked to drop off your pieces during the first week of March.

Your items will be available for sale for 3-8 weeks, depending on how long we remain in the space, as we’ll be moving out of the store in the near future.

  • Unsold items must be picked up by the end of the consignment period or before our move-out date, whichever comes first
  • We’ll always give you advance notice before pickup is required
  • We may be able to accept items after the first week of March, but early drop-off is preferred

Consignment/Commission split

We work on a 55% designer/45% store commission split.

This is a special rate for designers and vintage sellers. To keep this split sustainable, we ask designers and sellers to handle a small amount of prep work on their side:

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Entering your items into our inventory system
  • Steaming your items if needed
  • Adding security tags
  • Using the price tag gun to attach price labels

All materials will be provided by us.

How it works

After submitting the form, we’ll review your application and let you know if your pieces are a good fit.

If accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to add your items to our inventory system.

You’ll then drop off your pieces in-store during the first week of March (likely between March 3-5).

If you can’t make these dates, please let us know in the form.

At Drop-Off

  • You’ll add security tags and attach price labels using our tag gun
  • We provide all tagging materials
  • You may use our branded tags or bring your own (minimum 60 × 40 mm - business cards work perfectly)

Consignment Period

Once the store reopens in the first week of March, your consignment period will begin:

  • 6 weeks at full price
  • 2 weeks at 15% off
  • You may take back your items at any time

This period may be shorter if we move out of the shop earlier. You set your own prices, keeping the commission split in mind.

Sales & Payments

  • You’ll receive an email notification whenever an item sells
  • You can collect your payment in-store (please bring ID), or
  • Payments are also processed monthly via bank transfer if not collected in person

Unsold Items

At the end of the consignment period, or once our move-out date approaches, you’ll have one week to collect any unsold items.

  • You’ll receive an email reminder
  • Someone else may collect your items on your behalf, but please notify us in advance at hello@in-rotation.com
